Subscriber Survey 2024: Tell Us How We’re Doing

How are we doing serving you? Watch for our annual NorthstarMLS Performance Survey sent to your email inbox on October 28th.

When it comes to providing input, NorthstarMLS subscribers are simply the best at letting us know what’s going well and where we have opportunities to improve the ways we serve you.

In fact, the results of last year’s survey led us to focus efforts on new products and services like the WellcomeMat Video Suite for Add/Edit, Green Building Registry (GBR) listing data and marketing tools like AdBuilder and PostcardMania.

With strategic planning for 2025 and beyond at top of mind, we again are asking for survey feedback. Starting Tuesday, October 28, emails our survey partner T3Sixty will send you an email containing a link to the survey.

This survey should take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete, depending on your interest in providing additional insights via the optional comment sections.

Share your insights and you could be eligible to win a weekly $100 or $250 grand prize Visa gift card drawings as a token of our appreciation for your time and valuable feedback. All survey participants have the option to provide contact information needed to be included in the drawing. Your input is crucial in enhancing our services. Survey Objectives

New this year we are working with leading real estate consulting firm and independent third-party vendor, T3Sixty, to conduct the survey. Your answers will be used to create a Performance Report based on a standardized national MLS scoring and benchmark system developed by T3 Sixty.

Survey topics include:

  • Satisfaction and Value
  • Direction and Leadership
  • Support and Services
  • Data and Technology

You can remain anonymous or provide contact information required for participation in the prize drawings.
