NorthstarMLS partners with data vendors who gather county tax information. Through these partnerships a property’s location is typically generated when adding a new listing using the auto-population feature in Add/Edit. However, if the property is a new development, the lot has been recently split or the county has yet to assign a property ID number, the location may not be correct or placed at all.
Subscribers who are inputting the listings are responsible to check and verify the property’s location is property mapped. Let me show you how!
