You said:

You wanted an easier way to share only specific properties with clients without sending a full report.

We did:

We added a “Share Link” option in Matrix. This link creates a unique URL that can be pasted into an email or text message, so you can easily send certain selected properties to your client outside of an automated search email.

You said:

You relied on drive-time tools to help clients understand where they could live to optimize their commute.

We did:

We introduced My Commute Time, an interactive map tool that shows exactly where clients can live based on their desired commute.

You said:

You needed more capabilities when accessing the Matrix instances of neighboring MLSs.

We did:

We expanded IntraMatrix features between NorthstarMLS and Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (NWWMLS). You can now use additional tools within the My Matrix menu, including Contacts, Saved Searches, Auto-Emails and CMAs.
