Verify Your NorthstarMLS Account Access

We would like to make you aware of account access issues that have affected a small number of MLS users.

As a precaution, we are asking all subscribers to take a moment to verify that your contact information in NorthstarMLS is correct and that you can successfully log in to your account. If you experience any login issues or notice that your email address on file has changed without your knowledge, please contact the Help Desk immediately at Help@northstarmls.com.

You can view your contact information by searching yourself in Roster.

We also want to take this opportunity to remind all users of a few important security best practices:

• Never share your MLS password with anyone.
• Do not reuse your MLS password on other websites.
• Be cautious of unsolicited emails requesting account information.
• If you receive unexpected password reset notifications or notifications of changes to your contact information, contact NorthstarMLS immediately. Protecting the security of your account is a shared responsibility, and we are actively working with our partners to strengthen safeguards and prevent unauthorized access.
