Collabra Technology’s Digital Marketing Platform Coming to Northstar MLS

NorthstarMLS becomes the second large MLS to integrate the AdBuilder™ digital advertising solution and offer subscribers the SphereBuilder™ marketing automation and analytics platform.

SPOKANE, Wash., /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Collabra Technology, Inc. (“Collabra”), a real estate digital marketing technology and analytics solution provider, and NorthstarMLS, a leading regional multiple listing service in the Upper Midwest, today announced a new partnership in which NorthstarMLS will integrate Collabra’s AdBuilder™ digital ad solution directly in NorthstarMLS’ listing management system. Subscribers will also have access to SphereIndex™, Collabra’s digital marketing analytics tool and its SphereBuilder™ digital marketing platform.

Successful agents are leaning into paid digital ad campaigns to give their listing, and themselves, the broadest exposure. With AdBuilder, NorthstarMLS subscribers will be able to preview and place professional, engaging and compliant listing ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and Bing in a just a few clicks without ever leaving the NorthstarMLS listing management system.

Ads created with AdBuilder will include a custom landing page optimized for lead capture, and agents will have access to full campaign results, complete with views, clicks, lead details and more. Facebook and Instagram ads are automatically created using engaging video, and feature key listing details, agent name, headshot and brokerage logo, all beautifully designed to attract the highest consumer engagement. Google and Bing search ads will be optimized with automated keywords to drive leads with high intention consumers.
