In 2025, NorthstarMLS made steady, measurable investments in service, technology and member engagement. The year included the launch of two new products, CubiCasa and Tuesday, along with ongoing product enhancements across Add/Edit, Matrix, OneHome, RPR and security features such as multifactor authentication.
Our Help Desk maintained strong service levels, answering 93.5 percent of the over 16,500 phone calls in under 60 seconds, while the team continued to support subscribers through education, collaboration and outreach. This work included welcoming the Fargo-Moorhead REALTORS® Association as a full member association, offering continuing education and monthly webinars, and participating in brokerage, association, and forum events throughout the region.
Together, these numbers reflect how NorthstarMLS dedicated time and resources to supporting subscribers and strengthening the MLS ecosystem throughout the year.
