Disclosures in NorthstarMLS

The Sellers Disclosure Alternatives is a form to waive the legal disclosure requirement. This may be a legal requirement as a REALTOR®, however NorthstarMLS does not require any supplements to be uploaded to the MLS.  Documents required by law, license and the Department of Commerce should be completed as necessary, but we do not require them to be loaded.  We do recommend having any and all forms available as a best practice, but because either the disclosure or the waiver is a legal requirement, any questions regarding them should be asked either of the REALTOR® legal hotline or the Department of Commerce.  Legal documents are beyond NorthstarMLS jurisdiction/scope.
