Virtual Tours – No links to other sites

March 29, 2023

NorthstarMLS provides fields for linking to up to two unbranded virtual tours for each listing, and those tours are then made available to over 4,000 agent and broker websites for display. A virtual tour should only describe the physical trails of the property for sale and it’s vicinity.  The site should not link to any other site regardless of the reason or purpose.

The tour should accurately reflect the property and should not include promotions for anything other than the property for sale.  Like MLS photos, the tour should not include identifiable individuals or individuals that become the focus.  An unidentified narrator is acceptable, but should not identify the listing agent or any other individuals or companies to avoid becoming promotional in nature. It is, however, ok to add the tour logo and/or the listing office in 10pt font.
