A property disclosure statement is a required document in most states, one completed by the seller to inform the buyer of any material defects or information by law to be mentioned.
What is a TISH inspection?
Truth in Sale of Housing – TISH are meant to inform the seller and buyer of a home, prior to the sale, of any major structural defects or hazards to the health and safety of the occupants. Truth-in-Housing inspections often identify required repairs per city ordinance.
