NorthstarMLS offers a supplement section in the MLS. Supplements are not required but are a best practice.
Agent Supplements can be branded. This section is used for private information, not for public consumption. Agents may provide information off this document as they deem necessary.
Public Supplements can have no branding of any sort including, but not limited to, logos, URL’s, contact information and names. Public supplements are made available for public’s view.
