Property ID

January 28, 2023

The property ID field should match the county records to identify the parcel.  This number is used to help map the property correctly and connect the listing to the tax record.  Users can add multiple PID numbers while the listings are incomplete, once the listing leaves incomplete status, the field is locked for everyone but RMSL staff.  If you need additional PID #’s added to a listing, you should send a change form. The primary parcel ID should be listed first (primary most commonly defined as the parcel with the residence or commercial structure).

NOTE: Property Types that will be split into two or more parcels and sold separately should use the PID for one listing and TBD for the additional listings. Be sure to add notes to the remarks section.
