Projected Close Date

February 28, 2023

Projected closed date is a required field added when the status is Pending. This lets the agents and appraisers know when the listing is projected to close.  If the listing is still in pending status and the projected close date is seven (7) days past the date added, NorthstarMLS will send an automatic notice.  If the listing needs to extend past the projected close date, the field MUST be updated within 48 hours (with a new Projected closed date or Status change). Seller’s do not need to sign a change form for NorthstarMLS; however, your broker may require in house paperwork be completed.

NOTE: If the projected close date is still not fixed within 48 hours of the notice, it turns into a $100.00 fine.
