Agent remarks can be used for any additional information that is not permitted for entry into Public remarks. Icluding websites for an auction or additional information not already available in the NorthstarMLS listing.
Information between agents can also be shared in the agent remarks, including the addition of a buyer broker bonus.
***NOTE*** Bonuses on commissions may not be conditional. Conditional bonuses would include a deadline for an offer to be submitted, closing date or other restrictions.
