We’ve added MORE to NorthstarMLS Add/Edit

Search Bar. This time saving feature is back! Located at the top of the listing page, the search bar allows you to enter MLS IDs to view your next listing without having to go back to the Home Page.

Entering other criteria including listing agent, office, address or city in the search bar will automatically take you to your home page results.

Keyboard Navigation. If you’re a fan of using the tab key, this enhancement is for you! You can now use your keyboard to tab between fields more efficiently. Of course, using a mouse is still an option if you prefer. The tab key can help you more quickly add multiple rooms, units and outbuildings to your listings.

History. We improved some labels and sort order for History specifically pertaining to Rooms, Units, and Outbuildings. Now edits to Rooms, Units, and Outbuildings are labeled and sorted in the history view in a way that you can better see what has been updated on the listing.

Improved Listing Changes Functionality. Since our October 2022 release, some subscribers experienced issues with list price changes and switching the status of a listing from Withheld to Active. We have worked to resolve these issues with this most recent upgrade.

Accurate bedroom and bathroom counts for multifamily properties. While Matrix would occasionally feature the bedroom and bathroom counts of one unit but not others, this most recent Add/Edit update now provides accurate totals for the property as a whole.
