Please note that moving forward, compliance notification emails will look a little different, and verify that emails come from an address that ends with @northstarmls.com.

We’ve improved the way we communicate compliance issues so you can quickly understand what’s needed and how to resolve it. Our updated messaging is more structured, direct, and easy to follow. The result? Less confusion, faster resolutions, and a smoother experience, so you can stay focused on your business instead of deciphering compliance notices.

Improved Process Predictability

Consistency matters. That’s why we’ve standardized how data integrity issues are handled, including timelines and fine structures. While the changes aren’t drastic, they are more uniform. You’ll know what to expect every time. No surprises, greater transparency, and a clearer path forward when responding to compliance requests.

Built-In Guidance and Resources

We’re making it easier to get things right the first time. Compliance notices will increasingly include direct links to relevant rules, help articles, and examples. This added context reduces back-and-forth communication and gives you the tools you need to resolve issues efficiently and correctly.

A Centralized Communication Thread

All compliance-related communication is now streamlined into a single email thread connected to a Zendesk ticket. This means everything (messages, updates, and responses) is organized in one place, making it easier to track progress and stay informed.
