Fargo‑Moorhead Area Association of REALTORS® Deepens Relationship with NorthstarMLS by Becoming a Customer Association

Minneapolis, MN and Fargo, ND  — NorthstarMLS and Fargo‑Moorhead Area Association of REALTORS^® (FM REALTORS^®) are pleased to announce they have expanded their partnership by having FM Realtors become a fully recognized NorthstarMLS Customer Association.

Building on the relationship started in March 2024 when FM REALTORS joined the NorthstarMLS Common Data Platform (CDP), this new relationship provides FM REALTORS members with the full suite of NorthstarMLS applications and services along with continued shared access to listings they and 11 other NorthstarMLS customer and shareholder associations contribute.

“As a CDP member, FM REALTORS^® expanded real estate listing accessibility within Western Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota and laid the groundwork for greater cooperation,” said Tim Dain, CEO of NorthstarMLS. “Now they will strengthen the regional real estate ecosystem by adding professional tools and data to further enhance the real estate experience for area consumers.”

This latest agreement puts a variety of new MLS tools at FM REALTORS members’ disposal.  NorthstarMLS subscribers can choose from top MLS listing search interfaces—all powered by the same underlying data and fully accessible with one subscription. The MLS also provides a variety of media options for its listings including virtual tours, video, photos and floor plans, as well as robust mobile, marketing and social media capabilities.
