Check out these new Add/Edit features and enhancements

Improved features for creating new listings. Experience larger maps and faster, auto populated searches.

The new auto population (“autopop” in the video) feature makes it easier to search by county, owner and address, helping you create new listings faster.

Easier room information entry. Use the dropdown selection feature to enter room types in the order you prefer and in the quantity needed instead of having to select from the set fields Add/Edit previously required.

Simplified approach to viewing listings. Add/Edit now includes the number of listings shown by page on the top right side of the page. You also have the option to set your preferences for how many listings appear per page.

The update also makes it easier to show listings sorted by office without having to enter an agent’s name from that office to sort the listings—a common workaround agents previously used to filter by office.

Updated language. The upgrade includes word changes that best serve the collective needs of NorthstarMLS shareholder associations.

This includes changing “Sold” to “Closed” in listing status and changing “Master” to “Primary” for bedroom and bathroom room descriptions.

Easier data field entry. Completing your listing gets easier with simplified data fields. This includes:

·  The ability to enter multiple Property ID fields when needed

·  The elimination of required yes/no fields for Auctions and New Construction fields

·  Combined agent name, NRDS ID and office information into single fields and new extension option for agent phone numbers

·  A streamlined approach to entering data into the Lot Measurement field

Listings created prior to the introduction of the new Add/Edit system will be there when you log in next. While any changes you make going forward will appear under the listing history button, changes made prior to the upgrade will not appear there. If you need it, the change history from a listing’s previous version is available upon request.
