NorthstarMLS offers two options for displaying and searching listings and accessing MLS tools: Matrix and Flexmls.
These systems are all connected to the centralized NorthstarMLS database and Add/Edit listing input system. This means that both systems produce the same search results, but may provide different report options, tools and other features.
This flexibility ensures subscriber satisfaction across NorthstarMLS’s vast reach. One MLS system is included in your subscription but an additional MLS system can be added for a fee.
