Ask David: Can Manufactured Homes be Listed in NorthstarMLS?

NorthstarMLS now allows real estate agents to list manufactured homes on leased land, addressing a popular demand from subscribers.

October 16, 2024

Yes! Earlier this year an MLS policy was updated to allow manufactured homes to be listed in the MLS. NorthstarMLS now allows real estate agents to list manufactured homes on leased land, addressing a popular demand from subscribers.

This new feature was developed with input from brokers and a dedicated task force. To list these homes, agents must first get broker approval and follow specific steps in the Add/Edit system.

NorthstarMLS also reminds agents to familiarize themselves with state-specific regulations when listing such homes. For more details, visit the full blog post here.
