2025 NorthstarMLS Subscriber Survey

Help NorthstarMLS determine how we stack up against others nationally by participating in an industry-leading MLS benchmark survey.

When it comes to providing feedback and suggestions, NorthstarMLS subscribers have always been great at letting us know what’s going well and where we have opportunities to improve the ways we serve you and your clients.

We have partnered with T3 Sixty, an independent consulting firm, that has been conducting performance surveys with MLSs nationally over the past five years using a standardized scoring and ranking methodology to generate their industry-leading T3 Performance Benchmarks across five critical MLS-specific performance categories.

 

Survey Link

Starting Monday, September 22, emails were sent to subscribers/members from the email survey@t3sixty.com containing a link to the survey. The survey typically takes less than 15 minutes to complete, depending on your interest in providing optional comments. You can take the survey through the link in your email or here.

 

Multiple Chances to Win

Survey respondents will be given an opportunity to win one of five prizes as a token of our appreciation for their time and valuable feedback. All survey participants will be included in the drawing. Take the survey early and maximize your chances to win big!

  • $250 Gift Card
  • $100 Gift card (x2)
  • 2 tickets to MN Vikings vs Detroit Lions game (x2)

 

Survey Objectives

To guide long-term planning, ensure day-to-day continuous improvements, and inform advancement and innovations driven by those we serve through:

Benchmarked Performance Measurements against others nationally, including those most similar in size and type to our organization.
To generate a scorecard that can be shared with you, documenting our performance.
Identification of areas of over- or underperformance overall and by various types of MLS subscribers to better understand their unique needs.
Documentation of user/member insights, suggestions, and innovation for planning efforts.
To identify MLS usage levels via T3 Sixty’s exclusive User Score (UScore).

Ultimately, these survey results and comments will provide user-based insights into our offerings, as well as our unique strengths and weaknesses. We will use this information to guide our planning activities, day-to-day focus on continuous improvements, and advancements for this year and beyond.

Survey Performance measurements are divided into the following five categories:

  • Satisfaction and Value
  • Direction and Leadership
  • Support and Services
  • Data
  • Technology

 

Can You Help Us Beat These Numbers?

Over the past five years, T3 Sixty has collected over 300,000 responses from more than 100 organizations, and survey response rates have averaged 11.6% over that time.

Our hope is that your interest in sharing your thoughts will enable us to surpass these typical response rates. We appreciate the opportunity to know what we should keep doing, stop doing, or do differently to best serve you, and we look forward to sharing our scoring results with you in the weeks following the survey’s conclusion.
