Joint Listings/Co-Listings

NorthstarMLS does allow for agents from within the same brokerage or different brokerages to enter a joint listings.  No more than two listing agents may be entered as the listing agents (one listing agent and one co-listing agent).

Additionally, only one listing may be entered to NorthstarMLS and the entering brokerage must enter the listing data and maintain accurate representation of the listing status.  The brokerage of the named listing agent will be the only brokerage who is able to make any updates or changes to the listing.  The co-listing agent and their brokerage will not be able to make changes to the listing data.

NOTE: Only active Participants and Subscribers may List or Co-List in NorthstarMLS. Non- Participating members contact information cannot be mentioned in NorthstarMLS. The listing remarks may note “Property is a co-listed with a non-NorthstarMLS brokerage.” The active participant/subscriber MUST be the signer of the contract with the seller to be compliant with NorthstarMLS policy.
