Mandatory Service Area
NorthstarMLS requires all listing in conformity with the categories found in section 3.1 be added to the MLS within (2) two business days (Excluding state or federal holidays) of a fully executed contract if the property falls within the Mandatory Service Area; All of Minnesota, North Dakota, Counties in Wisconsin (Buffalo, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, and St Croix).
