Welcome to NorthstarMLS! If you are a new broker or agent to NorthstarMLS, whether becoming your pimary MLS or your secondary MLS, all listings withing NorthstarMLS’ coverage area is required to be loaded within 30 days.
NorthstarMLS coverage area includes all of Minnesota and 5 counties in western Wisconsin (Buffalo, Pepin, Pierce, Polk or St. Croix counties). When entering existing listings, you may enter them without penalty within 30 days of becoming a participant. Be sure when entering an existing listing to enter the date of entry, rather than the list date on your listing agreement. This will help our system from flagging your listing as being entered late.
