Coming Soon Status

Coming Soon: A Coming Soon listing status indicates the property is being prepared
for sale but is not ready for showing. Listings in Coming Soon status may not be shown
until the listing is in Active status.  While in Coming Soon status, a listing may not hold open houses, broker open houses.  The prohibition on showings includes virtual showings.  If the property is ready for any showings, the status should be changed to active so that the showings are available to all cooperating agents, brokers, and their clients.

Listings in a Coming Soon status must upload a completed and signed Coming Soon Listing Authorization Form into Add/Edit.

Listing may remain in Coming Soon status for no more than 21 days, after which it will automatically convert to Active status (or sooner, depending on the Availability Date you set in our Add/Edit system).

If a listing in Coming Soon Status has an accepted offer, it is not longer eligible for Coming Soon status. The listing status must change to Active with a noted contingency, TNAS with a noted
contingency or Pending.

A listing broker may not re-list a property in Coming Soon status unless a listing has been off market for more than 90 days, the property is listed with a new brokerage firm, or the property has been sold.   Properties in TNAS status are not eligible to be returned to Coming Soon status.

NOTE: DOM/CDOM does not accumulate while in the Coming Soon Status.
