Garage Stalls

Enter the number of enclosed parking spaces included in the sale price.  Garage Stalls counted should be at least large enough to fit a standard size car.

• Uncovered parking spaces should be included in Additional Parking but not in Garage Stalls.
• The Parking Characteristics field can be used to further describe the parking options.
• For Condo listings, include only the spaces that are included in the sale price or paid for through the association dues.
• Tandem garages may be included in the stall count but should be identified as tandem in the Parking Characteristics field.
• Carport parking should be counted in Additional Parking Spaces, but not in Garage Stalls

• Garages that are used as a workshop may be included in garage stalls, provided the workshop space is not permanent and can be easily removed.

  Note: Vehicles must be able to enter/exit easily through a standard single or double garage door.
