Open – means this lot is 1. Open to any builder or 2. The lot is not buildable. Please use the remarks section to specify what option it is.

Closed – means the property is being built by one specific builder. – Restricted to These Builders is Required when Closed is selected.

Limited – means there are limited builders that can build on the property. – Restricted to These Builders is Required when Limited is selected.
