Serving more than 15,000 REALTORS® in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, NorthstarMLS is operated by the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, Inc. (RMLS) under a mandate to develop and deliver excellence in the technologies, data resources, programs and policies that support our subscribers in the performance of professional real estate practice.
In 2008, more than $12 billion of real estate transaction volume was conducted through the NorthstarMLS system. Our customers have access to approximately 57,000 Active listings, over 1 million comparable and Sold properties, and 2.35 million property records from 87 Minnesota and 3 Wisconsin counties.
During 2009, the RMLS will introduce new tools, tax data from additional counties and will continue to focus its resources on assuring that its subscribers have the best data and technologies available to assist them in providing professional real estate services throughout our service area.
The Regional MLS of Minnesota, Inc. is owned by the REALTOR® shareholder associations of MAAR, NMAR, SPAAR and STCAR, and proudly provides MLS services and support to the Western Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and St. Cloud Area Association of REALTORS®. RMLS is responsible to a Board of Governors made up of representatives from the shareholder associations and from broker participants.
