NorthstarMLS expanded its smartphone apps for iPhone and iPad by adding a new feature, called HomeSpotter. This technology called augmented reality overlays property information on a device’s live camera feed. As a home hunter points their iPhone or iPad down the street, they see a view of the street and info on all the houses for sale pops up.
 

The Minnesota Homeownership Center now offers direct access to Down Payment Resource to homebuyers through its website, www.hocmn.org, and uses its local expertise and partnerships to ensure the ongoing integrity of Minnesota-specific program information within the service.
